1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all original accessories and components included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
3. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a full refund or replacement.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For all eligible returns not covered by Section 4, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
